CDT this evening.

* Strong northwest winds will develop by late morning across
central and north central Nebraska. Winds will remain strong
through the afternoon hours.

* Northwest winds of 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are
likely.

* Drivers of lightweight or high profile vehicles should
exercise caution while driving.
