... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 am EST
Sunday...

* locations... southwestern Pennsylvania... east central Ohio...
and northern West Virginia... including the northern
Panhandle.

* Hazard types... snow and blowing snow Saturday and Saturday
night.

* Accumulations... 4 to 6 inches of snow.

* Timing... snow tonight will make untreated pavements snow covered
and slippery. Snow Saturday into Saturday night will add
accumulation and be accompanied by gusty winds... blowing snow
and near zero wind chills by Saturday night.

* Impacts... hazardous travel conditions are expected due to
reduced visibility and snow accumulation. Gusty winds Saturday
into Saturday night will cause blowing snow... and near zero
wind chill Saturday night.

* Winds... west 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Temperatures... falling through the 20s Saturday... in the teens
Saturday night..

* visibilities... reduced below a half mile at times by snow and
blowing snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that snowfall will cause
travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and
