The National Weather Service in Tampa Bay area - Ruskin FL has
issued a Fire Weather Watch... which is in effect Thursday
afternoon. The Fire Weather Watch for today has been cancelled.
A very dry air mass will continue today into Thursday with
relative humidities falling below 35 percent. Slightly cooler
temperatures this afternoon will limit durations to 1 to 3 hours.
Then on Thursday warmer afternoon temperatures will make longer
durations possible.
Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the
field.
