Freeze Watch
Statement as of 3:05 PM MDT on October 7, 2008

... Freeze watch in effect from late Wednesday night through
Thursday morning...

The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a freeze watch
for the Treasure valley and western Magic Valley... which is in
effect from late Wednesday night through Thursday morning.

A cold dry airmass will move into the region Wednesday night.
Temperatures in the upper 20s and lower 30s are forecast late
Wednesday night through Thursday morning.

A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
