... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 8 PM CDT this evening...

* timing... strong winds will develop across western and north
central Kansas later this morning and continue through the late
afternoon.

* Winds... south winds of 30 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
will be possible.

* Impacts... winds this strong can make driving difficult...
especially for high profile vehicles... and easily blow around
light weight items such as lawn furniture and trash
containers.
