... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening...

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening.

* Snow will continue through early this afternoon. The snow may be
briefly heavy at times early today. Snow will transition to snow
showers later this morning. Accumulating snow will end later this
afternoon.

* A total of 2 to 3 inches of snow is expected on average... with the
lightest amounts seen west of Interstate 75.

* Slick snow covered roads are expected to develop very early this
morning. Temperatures will fall quickly and remain below freezing
all day. Travel may become very hazardous.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
