... Wind and subzero temperatures will result in low wind chills...
* winds of 10 to 15 mph... along with temperatures of 12 to 17 below will result in wind chills of 30 to 35 below from the Brainerd and Cass lakes area through the Iron Range to the Minnesota arrowhead late tonight and early Saturday.
* Exposed flesh will freeze in 20 to 30 minutes with these temperatures and wind chills. Dress carefully and warmly if you will be oudside for any length of time... to prevent frostbite or hypothermia.
