northeast North Carolina...

At 447 PM EST... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a
line of snow showers with embedded thundersnow ahead of the Arctic
cold front from Runnymede to 13 miles south of Windsor... or from
Elberon to 7 miles east of Williamston... moving east at 20 mph. The
snow showers will be near...
