Cloudy. Snow showers likely...mainly in the evening. Areas of blowing snow. Additional snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Lows around 13. Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Chance of snow 70 percent.

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 am EST
Sunday...

* locations... northwest Pennsylvania.

* Hazard types... snow and blowing snow.

* Accumulations... additional 3 to 5 inches of snow.

* Timing... snow showers will continue into early Sunday morning.

* Impacts... hazardous travel conditions are expected due to
reduced visibility and snow accumulation. Strong winds will
cause blowing and drifting of snow and subzero wind chills.

* Winds... west 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Temperatures... in the lower 20s.

* Visibilities... near zero at times in snow and blowing snow today
into tonight.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means that
traveling will be inhibited due to slippery roads and reduced
