* Timing... a band of snow showers will move through this
afternoon... adding to earlier totals... especially on ridgetops.

* Temperatures... in the lower 30s.

* Winds... northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph... after
the band of snow moves through.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.

issued a Wind Advisory... which is in effect from 4 PM this
afternoon to 7 am EST Sunday.

* Timing... late this afternoon through the overnight. The highest
gusts are likely late this afternoon and evening.

* Winds... northwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50
mph... especially at higher elevations.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult... especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
