Areas of fog... with visibility reduced to one-quarter mile or less
at times... will be encountered across the basin this morning. The
fog will persist through much of the morning... and then begin to
lift and dissipate in the early afternoon. Keep your lights on to
remain visible to other drivers and be prepared for slower moving
vehicles ahead.
